Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days after the order has been placed.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, promotional campaigns or high-demand seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Your total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time.
The total estimated delivery time is 8 to 11 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, local holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free and insured shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If any shipping cost applies, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email, depending on the shipping method used for your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist you.
If a package is confirmed as lost or significantly delayed, we may offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product and photos of the packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
