At WackyEyes, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging.

You will also need your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for your return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process a return until the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, we will review the situation and make it right with a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without the original packaging and accessories.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
