All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Processing time means the time needed to prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
